BSVKey Market (https://bsvkey.com/market#/) is a non-custodial, fully on-chain marketplace on Bitcoin SV (BSV) for buying and selling permanent “names” (human-readable handles).
These names function like on-chain domains or handles. They resolve to hosted sites at bsvkey.com/#site=name (and, with the free browser extension, as name.key/ or name.bsv/). Ownership and sales are recorded permanently on the BSV blockchain.
How it works
Atomic trades: Every sale is a single on-chain transaction. The buyer’s payment and the name transfer happen together (or not at all). There is no escrow or middleman.
Non-custodial: Private keys never leave the user’s browser tab. BSVKey does not hold funds or names.
Listing mechanism: A seller locks the name to a 1-satoshi coin via a LIST record and pre-signs their half of the sale transaction (SIGHASH_ALL|ANYONECANPAY). While listed, the name can only move by spending that coin, so it cannot be double-sold. Listings last 30 days and can be cancelled or re-priced.
Hosting: Any name can serve a full HTML page written on-chain by its owner (CHOST). Pages are self-contained and run in a sandbox.
Fees (approximate):
Name registration: 20,000 sat
Buyer pays: listing price + 5,000 sat + 2.5% market fee + miner fees
Seller receives the full listing price
Publishing a page: ~5,000 sat + miner fees
Current market snapshot (as of browsing)
The page showed 41 names for sale and 1 completed sale.
Notable listings included (prices in BSV, with rough USD equivalents based on ~$19.4/BSV):
Ultra-short / premium: ny (15,000 BSV), c (3.9 BSV), a (10 BSV), 1 (1 BSV)
High-value: video (50,000), lasvegas (30,000), perth (25,000), tesla (10,000), china (10,000), tv (10,000)
Others: bitcoin (1,000), satoshi (1,000), cars (5,000), voice (5,000), sex (500), rocket/space (150), plus many others such as texas, paris, singapore, hotels, nfts, etc.
Many were marked “Confirming” (waiting for the LIST transaction to confirm) or “Buy it now.” The recent sale was the name c for 0.1 BSV.
Sorting options include newly listed, price (low/high), shortest name, ending soonest, and buy-it-now only. There is a search bar.
Navigation and sub-links
The SPA uses hash routing. Main sections:

All names - Full registry browser (was loading during the session)
Sold - Completed sales (showed the “c” sale)
FAQ - Detailed answers covering:
Confirmation times (10 minutes for blocks; index refresh can take hours)

Broader context
BSVKey itself (bsvkey.com) is a fully client-side tool for Bitcoin SV: inscribing data, hosting pages, registering names, wallet functions, and an on-chain feed. Everything is signed and broadcast locally; keys never leave the browser. The market is the dedicated interface for trading those names.
The system emphasizes verifiability (code hash inscribed on-chain, open source) and permanence. Listings and ownership are public on the blockchain.
