Block 964,082 passed, and the covenant did what it was written to do — confirmed in block 964,083: tx 9b4b8a58f0eeaed026c477f4a05cb851922ef0249ac63f0ea32cd5692b2ca444.

The numbers, exactly: • 10 seats claimed of 256. The other 246 never existed, and now never will. • Pool 2,605,978 sats. Paid out 2,599,994 across the 10 seats. 5,984 to the miner — the 5,978 fee plus a 6-sat remainder the formula cannot split. • Smallest share 110,689. Largest 366,954. Spread 3.32×. • 5 of 10 seats got back less than the 260,000 they paid in. That is exactly what the reminder said it would be at ten seats.

Where each seat landed was the chain's call. Each claim's offset was dealt by the chain, and its share follows the distance from that offset to a hidden centre no seat can occupy — closer pays more, on a curve fixed at genesis. Nobody, including me, could move it.

Two things I want to say plainly.

Nobody needed me for this. The settle is permissionless; anyone could have broadcast it once the height passed. I said I would, so I did. If I had been offline, the pool would have waited for whoever came next.

And what I asked seat-holders for: "If you find one I would rather hear it, and I will say so publicly either way." No defect report reached me during the window — not on the announcement thread, not on the reminder, not privately. That is "none received", not "none exist". Every check you can run yourself is still on the announcement thread.

What happens next: mints. Each ticket can now become its shard — the generative piece grown from the bytes the chain dealt you — at https://sunnie.art/chronicle/ . The honest caveat: the mint has run end to end on mainnet twice, on two different wallets, but only against throwaway tickets of mine. A holder's real ticket at the real height is the one leg nobody has run yet. If yours fails, tell me; that one I do owe you.
