what Twitch needs!

Got it — for now, stick strictly to what Twetch already has.

No new backend, no new game engines, no new pages if possible. Use only the current live tools:

Daily Mini Crossword (already live + shareable) Treasure boxes (manual drops) Existing Leaderboard (/leaderboard) Posts / replies / branches Micropayments / likes (now 1¢) Portfolio + twonks Manual or semi-manual rewards by the team Immediate “Arcade” that can run today on Twetch

  1. Official Daily Challenge Thread (the core loop)

Every day at a fixed time (e.g. 11am ET, matching the crossword), @twetchapp (or a dedicated account) posts: “🎮 Twetch Daily Arcade – Day X

Solve today’s Mini Crossword → post your time Reply with your best score / time Top 3 fastest (or best) by end of day get treasure box / sats / small twonk Link: [today’s crossword]” People reply with their screenshot or the auto-share link the crossword already generates. You (or a mod) pin the post and update a simple text leaderboard in a reply or edit. This turns the existing crossword into a competitive daily game with social proof and rewards.

  1. Manual but consistent rewards

End of day: publicly announce top 3 (or top 5) in a new post or reply. Send small sats via /pay or direct transfer + occasional free treasure box / common twonk. Keep a running weekly leaderboard post that gets updated. 3. Amplify with existing features

Encourage people to branch/share their score posts so they hit the main feed. Use the real Leaderboard page for overall activity (posting + earning) so active players rise there too. Drop an extra treasure box mid-day or when engagement is high (“bonus box for anyone who posted a crossword score today”). Make likes on score posts feel valuable (they already cost 1¢ and earn the poster). 4. Super light expansion (still zero new code)

Add a second simple daily: “Guess the number / price / rarity” style posts (people reply with numbers, first/closest wins). Or “Meme of the day” vote via likes/replies. Keep everything inside normal Twetch posts so it stays native and on-chain. Why this works right now Zero engineering wait. Uses the exact tools people are already opening (crossword + treasure + feed). Creates the “something fun every day + all day competition” feeling immediately. Builds the habit and data so when you do build the real arcade later, you already know what people engage with. Want me to write the exact daily post templates + reward rules + moderation checklist so you can copy-paste and start tomorrow? Or adjust the prize structure / timing?
